Two-component polyurethane system for on-site insulation of wall cavities. The injection of the product is carried out with appropriate equipment directly into the cavity through holes made with a diameter of 30 mm. Particularly indicated for walls of tompagno, brick, concrete, iron or similar artifacts of any shape or shape with a minimum thickness of 5 cm, Puretan 20 has the following advantages:
  • it achieves excellent thermal insulation of external walls with considerable benefit for living comfort and consequent energy saving;
  • it considerably reduces noise transmission;
  • it eliminates the formation of moving air foils inside the cavity, which are harmful for the effectiveness of the thermal insulation with consequent formation of condensation and mold;
  • allows a complete transpiration of the wall allowing the migration of vapors to the outside;
  • gives greater solidity to the walls, as a complete bonding is obtained between them, and to the supporting structure;

Two-component polyurethane system, ideal for thermal and acoustic insulation of tompagno walls, in brick, concrete, iron or similar structures of any shape or form. Also for this product there are the following advantages:

Asbestos remediation

Puretan 50 is a polyurethane for building uses that waterproofs and insulates at the same time. In addition, it is a continuous coating that can be applied in the desired thickness and is obtained by spraying in place with high-tech machines. Puretan 50 is mainly applied for polyurethane foam overlays, asbestos encapsulation, asbestos cement products and Eternit remediation. In fact, some studies have shown that asbestos cement surfaces, exposed to atmospheric agents in both urban and rural environments, are subject to corrosion phenomena that lead to the release of asbestos fibers into the air, resulting in environmental pollution and health risks for people. For the solution of asbestos encapsulation, less complicated and expensive, Tecnopur intervenes with its own specialized personnel and with its own means to recover the asbestos cement roofing, by applying on site a layer of spray polyurethane foam with which the asbestos encapsulation is obtained. Puretan 50 represents the most suitable solution for many applications, also by virtue of the following advantages

    Waterproofing for roofs

    It is a polymer belonging to the most recent generation of the polyurethane family. Its development has involved studies and experiments both in the laboratory and on site. It has immediately demonstrated excellent qualities of resistance to chemical and bacteriological corrosion, thermal resistance in the temperature range from -200 °C to 100 °C, excellent adhesion to different substrates and easy processability. Puretan 1000 will preserve structures for decades, reducing maintenance and repair costs. The following are the main areas of application:
